Through the Municipality of Amarante, the Stay to Talk Institute developed, over the course of 1 year (2023), a scientific and cultural study on the Viola de Arame Amarantina.

As a result of this study, the certification process for Viola Amarantina Portugal began.

We would like to give special thanks to the core group of participants who were always with us and to the entire community that participated in this scientific study that made a point of valuing the viola, people and the territory.
